Membership Application

This Membership Application (Agreement) is a legal agreement between you and The Global Employment Innovation Organization (GEIO). As used in this Agreement, "you" means the company or other entity that is applying for membership in GEIO under this Agreement. By clicking on the "ACCEPT" button below, your representative will be agreeing on your behalf that you will be bound by and are becoming a party to this Agreement. When they do so, it will also constitute a representation by the individual that they are authorized to bind you as a party to this Agreement.
Membership rights and privileges will not commence until payment in full of membership fees has been received by GEIO and your membership has been accepted by GEIO.

When your representative clicks on the ACCEPT button below, you also (a) acknowledge and agree that, when accepted by GEIO, this application represents a binding contract between the parties and commits you to (i) payment of annual membership dues and fees as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors, and (ii) comply with all the terms and conditions of GEIO’s Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws, Code of Conduct, and Intellectual Property Rights Policy, and you hereby acknowledge access to copies of these documents), each as from time to time amended, and such rules and policies as the Board of Directors and/or committees may from time to time adopt and (b) certify that you meet the conditions of Membership specified in the Bylaws.

NOTE: Membership renews automatically unless GEIO receives notice of non-renewal no later than thirty days prior to the member’s anniversary date.
